What happens if I exceed limits?
You'll be notified as you approach limits. If exceeded, related features are throttled (not blocked) until the end of the billing cycle or you upgrade.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, annual billing gets 20% off. Team: $12/seat/month. Business: $23/seat/month.
What are 'active decisions'?
Decisions that haven't been archived or superseded. Old decisions that have been superseded don't count toward your quota.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
How does pricing work for large teams (50+)?
Contact us for custom Enterprise pricing. Volume discounts available starting from 50 seats.
